Description
The Gefen EXT-DVI-1CAT5-ELR Extended Long Range (ELR) DVI Extender over one CAT5 allows the extension of a DVI source to a display, up to 495 feet (150 meters), using a single CAT-5e cable. This product is capable of HDCP and HPD pass-through. It can also be configured by the installer via DIP switches for maximum range or maximum bandwidth, and for low power consumption (auto sleep mode) or always-on operation. The DVI Extender over one CAT5 uses Gefen’s ELR implementation of HDBaseT technology, allowing the DVI signal to travel along a single CAT-5e or better cable, reducing cable costs and facilitating installation.
