First, connect your video sources to the unit using the appropriate cables for the HDMI and VGA inputs. To embed audio with a VGA source, connect the audio output of the source to the L/R analog audio input on the converter. Next, connect the SDI output to your display or downstream equipment using a BNC cable. Once the included locking power supply is connected, simply use the input select buttons on the front panel to switch between the active HDMI or VGA source. The unit automatically scales the selected video to your desired output resolution and embeds the corresponding audio, delivering a single, unified 3G-SDI stream. All advanced settings, such as output resolution and picture adjustments, are easily configured using the intuitive On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.

Source Devices: A video source with an HDMI output and/or a source with a VGA output is required. For embedding audio with a VGA source, a separate audio source with a 3.5mm mini-stereo output is necessary.

Display and Cables: An SDI display or other downstream equipment with an SDI input and a BNC-type cable are required. The unit includes one 6 ft. HDMI cable, one 6 ft. VGA cable, and one 6 ft. 3.5mm mini-stereo cable.
